Preparing Your Computer for Webinar Access

We recommend for best performance that you use either the Firefox or Chrome web browsers. Internet Explorer and Safari are both supported, but less efficient. You will also need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed to participate in the webinar.



If you can see the rotating Trinity TOLC Logo, then your Flash Player is working within your browser and you should not have any trouble viewing the webinar sessions you have enrolled in.

If you do not see the logo, then you should install the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player

Notice for Google Chrome Users: Flash player is included with your installation of the Chrome browser and is automatically updated.

Please login to the webinar session at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the live broadcast. This will enable you to solve any problems you might have with your computer before the webinar begins.

It is your responsibility to join the webinar session at the appropriate time. All times listed are US Central Time.
