Preparing Your Computer for Webinar Access with a Browser Test
Use Trinity’s browser test to make sure that your computer is set up for webinar access. We recommend for best performance that you use either the Firefox or Chrome web browsers. Internet Explorer and Safari are both supported, but less efficient. You will also need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed to participate in the webinar. You can get the latest version of Adobe flash here:
If you can see the rotating Trinity TOLC Logo, then your Flash Player is working within your browser and you should not have any trouble viewing the webinar sessions you have enrolled in.
If you do not see the logo, then you should install the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player
Notice for Google Chrome Users: Flash player is included with your installation of the Chrome browser and is automatically updated. You won’t need to update Adobe Flash manually or install it separately.
Please login to the webinar session at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the live broadcast. This will enable you to solve any problems you might have with your computer before the webinar begins. If you have any problems logging in to a webinar, please contact our technical support help at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that the classroom chat window is not monitored for technical support questions, and for prompt response please contact technical support by email.
It is your responsibility to join the webinar session at the appropriate time. All times listed are US Central Daylight Time. You registration will display all dates and times for webinars as part of the course descriptions.
